1. Caffeine cause Dehydration 
The intake of caffeine make us urinate more than the normal. But if our tea or coffee is not too much strong then the water intake compensate the excess of water losses in the urine. But strong tea or coffee make our body dehydrate as we urinate more amount of water than we intake.

2. Bad for Children Health 
Many modern research found that intake of excessive caffeine is bad for children health. In many cases, it is found that many children are sensitive to caffeine. The common symptoms are like anxiety or irritability. Children consume caffeine in form of energy drinks, sweetened tea and in many other forms.

3. Pathological Gynecological symptoms 
Many scientific studies found that intake of excessive amount of caffeine leads to many gynecological symptoms which may be trouble conceiving, premature birth, decrease of birth rate, miscarriage, and many other problems.

4. Caffeine causes Osteoporosis 
Excessive intake of caffeine (more than 750 milligrams per day) increases the loss of many minerals like calcium, magnesium which are important for bone health. The scientific studies show the relation between the amount of caffeine intake and hip bone fracture. Caffeine disturbs the calcium metabolism in organism which leads to many problems related to bones.

5. Caffeine increases the risk of Cardiovascular diseases 
Many people are sensitive to caffeine intake, rise in blood pressure and increase in heart rate are common in those people. If someone already has any kinds of diseases related to heart, must contact the health specialist whether to continue intake of caffeine.

6. Caffeine cause Insomnia 
Many scientific studies shows the relation between caffeine intake and sleeplessness (insomnia). Caffeine increases our metabolism, make our body more energetic and as a result, it causes sleeplessness. Caffeine is not responsible for Sleeplessness or insomnia to all people, it depends on individual body metabolism.

Although it is not too much tough to get rid of caffeine addiction as compare to other drugs addiction. Withdrawal from caffeine cause mild headache, psychological weakness, physical weakness, anxiety and stress.
