Many modern researches found that intermittent fasting has shown a significant result in increasing testosterone level by increasing the level of some vital hormones like insulin, leptin, adiponectin, glucagon, cholecystokinin and melanocortins. All these hormones help to boost the testosterone actions and level and also solve the age-related decline of testosterone level and this result to have a better sex life.

High-intensity exercise like peak fitness can be done in this way –

1. At first, your body needs warm up for 5 minutes.

2. Then you must exercise hard and fast for half a minute so that you feel like that you are in our peak point and you need to stop.

3. Then you must slow down your exercise rate for 3 to 5 minutes.

4. Again you have to repeat the high-intensity exercise for 5 to 6 times within next 20 minutes.

The interesting thing about this kind of high-intensity exercise is that it took only 20 to 30 minutes and within this period most of the time involves in warm up exercise or intermediate exercise with two intense periods of exercise. The intense period of exercise takes only 3 to 4 minutes, that’s interesting, only this 3 to 4 minutes help to increase our testosterone level.

High-intensity exercises involve an increase of blood flow to all the body part, increase the nutrient consumption and increase the growth rate of muscle which involves the secretion of testosterone in the body.
